After the success of 2023’s ‘Technology Remixes’ EP on his Natural Frequency imprint, LDLDN is back with a bandcamp-only, dancefloor vibrating 2-tracker to round out the year.

‘Playing Music for People’ feels like the kind of thing you’d play before midnight, warming up the set with atmospheric percussion, soaring synths and that typically hard kick drum. A track that talks about the joy of playing music for people, irrespective of tempo, venue or genre.

‘Machoman’ is basically named after LDLDN’s favourite WWE wrestler (look him up), and that jittery, edgy energy is evident throughout. Definitely an after midnight ting. A warping bassline punctured by a clap and urgent alarm sound that calls you to the floor. Listen to you it - you’ll get what we mean
